At "Cheese Factory & Local Pizza CHEESE & PIZZA WORKS AWAJISHIMA," you can enjoy the rich flavors of Sumoto City and Awaji Island.
This pizza restaurant has an attached cheese factory and uses fresh milk delivered every morning from local farmers to carefully make fresh cheese in its in-house cheese workshop. It also offers a variety of local pizzas combining cheese with local ingredients, served in a semi-self-service style.
